Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of LoyaltyLoop (the "App"), provided by IR Official ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of a business or agency, you confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The service
LoyaltyLoop lets you define rules that award and redeem loyalty points for your contacts inside your CRM account, and writes balances and tags back to those contacts. The App works through LeadConnector's APIs and requires an active LeadConnector account.
2. Installation and accounts
You are responsible for the sub-accounts you install the App on, for the people you allow to use it, and for keeping your CRM credentials secure. Workflow webhook keys shown in the App are confidential; rotate a key if you believe it has been exposed.
3. Your responsibilities
- You decide the rules and rewards. You are responsible for honouring any rewards you promise customers and for complying with laws that apply to loyalty, promotions, marketing and consumer protection in your jurisdiction.
- Loyalty points are a record kept for your programme. They have no cash value and are not a payment instrument unless you choose to make them redeemable for something of value under your own terms.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' data and for giving them any required notices.
4. Acceptable use
You will not: use the App unlawfully; attempt to access another location's data; interfere with or overload the service; reverse engineer it except as the law allows; or use it to send spam or deceptive offers.
5. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled and forms part of these Terms. You keep ownership of your data. When you uninstall, we delete the data we hold for the location as described in the policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; it depends on third-party platforms including LeadConnector. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
7. Fees
Pricing, where applicable, is shown in the LeadConnector App Marketplace listing and is billed through the Marketplace.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing your rules and balances; automated rules can award points you did not intend if configured incorrectly.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IR Official will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if required by law or by LeadConnector's platform rules.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where IR Official is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
